You can choose between different shipping companies at checkout: USPS, UPS or DHL. The price depends on the service level: shipping time, tracking, etc..
The standard shipping (=the least expensive) is operated by USPS and costs around $13 for one watch, it takes up to 21 business days, rarely longer (due to the customs). USPS is in charge of your package until the US border and then, it is relayed by your local post. So, the tracking of your package is available on the USPS website until the US border and then you have to check directly with your local post for the delivery tracking.
